The operating speed is adjustable between 35 to 68 strokes per minute, with an average output of approximately 9,000 to 12,000 pieces per hour, meeting the daily production needs of most small and medium-sized manufacturers.

We have considered your convenience in operation and maintenance. At the heart of the machine is an intuitive touchscreen control panel where you can set parameters and view real-time production data. If an issue occurs during operation, the screen will directly display the fault message for easy troubleshooting. Mold changing is a common task in production. The LK-T63 makes this job less labor-intensive with its standard mold lifting arm. Based on our actual records, a single operator can complete the entire mold changeover process in about 15 minutes. The control system can also store production parameters for multiple molds, allowing for one-touch switching between products.

Safety is fundamental. The equipment comes with an interlocked safety door. If the door is opened while the machine is running, the stamping action will stop immediately and automatically, effectively preventing accidents.
