The LK-T63 is a fully automatic high-speed production line specially designed for 3-cavity aluminum foil container molds, ideal for small and medium-sized eco-friendly food-grade aluminum foil trays. Built for stable, long-term operation, this machine adopts a heavy-duty “C” frame structure with sufficient material and robust construction, supporting a service life of more than 30 years for the main unit. It runs at 35–68 strokes per minute, with an average of 50 strokes, producing 9,000–12,000 pieces per hour, greatly improving production efficiency while only requiring one operator for the whole line.

Equipped with an oil lubrication system using lithium-based grease, the LK-T63 ensures smooth and stable running for both regular wrinkle and wrinkle-free molds. It supports automatic counting, real-time fault alarm and display on the touch screen, and can store up to 60 sets of mold parameters, making parameter adjustment fast and convenient. The quick mold change system with a mold lifting arm allows one worker to complete mold replacement in just 15 minutes, greatly reducing downtime and labor cost.

The complete production line includes a 950/1450 feeder, T63 punch, mold lifting arm, safety door, waste suction machine, control cabinet and 3-cavity stacker. Safety is fully guaranteed: the machine will stop automatically once the safety door is opened during operation. Core electrical and pneumatic components adopt internationally renowned brands such as Mitsubishi, Siemens, ABB, Schneider, SMC and Airtac, ensuring high reliability and low failure rate.
