Can the LK-T63 machine run 24 hours a day?

Yes, the LK-T63 is designed for continuous heavy-duty operation and can run 24 hours a day. It is equipped with a robust structure and an automatic alarm/shutdown system to ensure safe, long-term production.

How many workers are required to operate this production line?

Only one worker is needed to achieve fully automated production. The machine handles feeding, stamping, and stacking automatically.

How long does it take to change the mold, and is it difficult?

It is extremely easy. The LK-T63 is equipped with a mold lifting device and a hydraulic pump for worktable regulation. A single worker can complete the mold change in just 15 minutes.

What safety features are included?

A safety door interlock: if the door is opened during production, the machine stops automatically. Any fault triggers an alarm and is displayed on the touch screen with the specific point of failure.

Do you make the moulds yourselves, and can they be customised?

Yes — mould design and manufacturing are both done in our own factory, and moulds can be built to customer samples. For branding, the logo block is detachable, embossing can be added on the feeder, and printing or coated-material options are available.
