LK-T63 Aluminium foil container making machine manufacturer

The LK-T63 is a 63-tonne fully automatic press line built around three-cavity tooling for the volume production of small and medium-sized aluminium foil containers. Its main body features a "C" frame structure, and the lubrication system is lithium-ester based. The complete line comprises a decoiler, the T63 press, scrap aspirator, control cabinet and a three-way stacker, enabling feeding, pressing, scrap removal and stacking to run as one continuous process. If the safety door is opened during production, the machine stops automatically, and the mould lifter arm on the worktable allows a single worker to complete a mould change in about 15 minutes. Both wrinkle-wall and smooth-wall container moulds can be fitted to the same press, and the control system provides automatic counting, fault alarms on the touch screen and storage for 60 sets of mould parameters. Working speed is 35–68 strokes per minute, producing roughly 9,000–12,000 containers per hour with three-cavity tooling, on a 19.8 kW connected load run by a single operator.
