MACHINE INTRODUCTION
For plants producing small and medium aluminium foil containers at volume, the LK-T63 links decoiling, pressing, scrap handling and stacking into one 63-tonne automated line. Aluminium foil is fed from the 950/1450 decoiler into the T63 press, the mould lifter arm handles tooling changes, scrap is drawn off by the aspirator, and finished containers are counted and stacked automatically by the three-way stacker, with the control cabinet coordinating the whole line. The press is designed for three-cavity mould production, its main body is a "C" frame, and lubrication is lithium-based ester. The line stops automatically when the safety door is opened during operation; wrinkle-wall and smooth-wall container moulds can both be mounted on the same machine, and the touch screen stores 60 sets of mould parameters while flagging any fault as it occurs. Output runs at about 9,000–12,000 containers per hour, connected load is 19.8 kW, and one operator is enough to run day-to-day production.
