Automatic 2-Compartment Aluminum Foil Container Making Machine LK-T63

The LK-T63 is an automatic aluminum foil container making machine designed for producing 2-compartment aluminum foil food containers. With a 63-ton C-frame press, servo-controlled foil feeding, automatic counting and stacking, the complete line can be operated by one operator during normal production.

The machine runs at 35–70 strokes per minute. With a 3-cavity mold, typical output is approximately 9,000–12,000 containers per hour, depending on the product design, material and operating conditions.

For factories producing different container sizes or changing products frequently, the LK-T63 features 60-set mold memory. Operators can save and recall mold-specific machine parameters from the touchscreen, helping reduce setup time after mold changes.

The machine supports 3003 H24, 8011 H22 and 3004 H24 aluminum foil from 0.025–0.2 mm. We build custom molds according to your container sample or drawing, including 2-compartment, single-compartment and multi-compartment designs.

We have a 2,500-square-meter factory with in-house CNC machines and our own technical team, handling everything from mold making to equipment assembly under one roof.
