What types of aluminum foil container machines do you produce?
We mainly produce T63, T80 and T130. Different types meet the needs of customers in different markets.

What are the differences between T63 and T80?
① Different output: T63 has 3 cavities, T80 has 4 cavities; ② Different structure: T63 is of "C" type, and T80 is of "H" type (H type has better stability, and it is recommended to choose T80 if the budget allows); ③ Different oil usage: T63 requires lithium-based ester, while T80 does not, and its oil circuit is closed (cleaner and more fuel-efficient).

How to calculate the material cost of a product? ​
Taking the 450 container mold as an example (3.5g/cavity, 4 cavities, scrap edge rate 14.5%) Each mold requires 4.09g of raw materials. One ton of raw materials can produce approximately 244,499 pieces (1,000 pieces per box internationally and 1,500 pieces per box in India). It consumes approximately 49.08 kilograms of materials in one hour. ​

Do you make molds?
We complete the entire set of mold production from design to manufacturing. We can customize ordinary container molds and high-end wrinkle-free container molds according to customer samples.

What materials are used for the key components of the mold?
① Standard molds: Cr12MoV, 45# steel. ② Wrinkle-free molds: D2, D3, SKD11, DC53. ③ Punch guide pillars and balls: Japan Misumi.

How hard is the mold?
After the above-mentioned process treatment, the hardness reaches HRC 58 to 60, featuring both high wear resistance and long service life.

How long is the service life of the mold?
① Basic forming service life: 30 million strokes. Assuming the machine runs at 50 strokes per minute for 8 hours a day, the service life is approximately 3 years. ② Beyond this period, mold maintenance and replacement of parts (such as cutting plates, sealing rings, bearings, etc.) are required.

Can you customize molds?
Yes. We can customize molds for various punch presses, including brands from Italy, South Korea, India, China, etc.

 Can the LOGO be customized?
The logo block part is detachable and can be configured with different logos.

Can coated containeres be made? Is the coating safe? Can the color be customized?
 Coated container can be made (using coated raw materials is fine). The coating is safe and the color can be customized.

How to change the mold?
The equipment is equipped with a mold lifting device, and the worktable is regulated by a hydraulic pump, making mold changing convenient. After actual measurement, it can be completed by one worker in 15 minutes.

What mold details should be noted during the production process?
Check the logo block part before starting up. The cutting edge of the new mold needs to be tapped for adjustment. Regularly clean the mold cavity.

What is the power consumption?
T63 is 19.8KW, and T80 is 26KW (excluding the 5.5KW of the strapping machine, the indirect operation of the strapping machine can be ignored).

There are multiple language options available on the touchscreen, such as Chinese, English, French, etc.

What kind of oil is used for the machine?
320# gear oil; 46# hydraulic oil; Food container stamping oil; Lithium grease: NO. 0 and NO.00.(NO.0 is thicker, NO. 00 is thinner. Use the thicker one in cold areas and the thinner one in hot areas.)

Why is there oil leakage when receiving the punch press?
We need to test the machine. On-site, gear oil will be applied on the top of the press. When shipping, the punch press will be placed upside down. It is impossible to determine whether the oil will be cleaned up completely, so there will be residual oil.

How much space is needed for the workshop?
It is recommended that two production lines occupy a minimum area of 600 square meters, (production area:100m2, raw material, auxiliary material and packaging material: 100m2, and finished products need 400m2).

What are the equipment installation options?
① Provide an installation video for customers to install independently as instructed; ② Customers can come to the factory to learn installation and operation, lasting 2 days; ③ Engineers can be dispatched for on-site installation and training upon customer request (customer shall bear visa, round-trip air tickets, accommodation and engineer service fee of USD 100/day).

What policies are there regarding after-sales issues?
The warranty period is 1 year. Within one year, any non-human-caused damage will be replaced free of charge. After the warranty period, only the cost will be charged for replacement parts (no profit margin will be made). Provide lifetime technical support.

How to provide after-sales service if there are problems with the products produced by molds?
It is necessary for the customer to send the full appearance of the finished defective container to determine the problem

The maintenance of the equipment
1. Regularly clean the machine. It is recommended to apply lithium-based grease to the bearing and gear parts 2.Before starting up, it is necessary to check whether the gas, electricity and the screws of the mold are loose. Only when everything is confirmed to be correct can the machine be started.
