Aluminium Foil Container Making Machine 63T 19.8KW Low Power Consumption 3 Cavity Mould Press Automatic Stacking Line

The LK-T63 is a 63T aluminium foil container making machine built around a 3-cavity mould press, with 19.8 KW installed power and an automatic stacking line. One line forms, counts and stacks containers at 9,000 to 12,000 pieces per hour, with both smooth wall and wrinkle wall moulds, and runs with one operator. It is the entry step in the LIKEE press line range, sized for small and medium containers: lunch boxes, trays, plates and food packaging containers. The press body uses a C-frame structure designed for 3-cavity mould production, foil feeding is servo-controlled, and the line is delivered complete with decoiler, press, mould lifter arm, safety door, scrap aspirator, control cabinet and 3-way stacker. 

We have a 2,500-square-meter factory with in-house CNC machines and our own technical team, handling everything from mold making to equipment assembly under one roof.
