PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The LK-T63 is a dedicated 63-ton punching press designed specifically for manufacturing 6.5-inch round aluminum foil container. Built with a robust "C" frame structure and a lithium-grease lubrication system, this machine offers a stable, automated solution for small to medium-sized production runs. Unlike generic presses, the T63 features a solid workbench (not hollow) for superior stability during high-speed operation, ensuring consistent quality even with thin foil materials.
Designed for efficiency, the LK-T63 integrates a complete production line including a 950/1450 decoiler, safety doors, scrap suction, and stacker. It allows a single operator to manage the entire process, achieving speeds of 35-68 strokes per minute (average 50), producing up to 12,000 trays per hour. The machine prioritizes operator safety with automatic stop functions triggered by safety door openings and simplifies maintenance with a hydraulic mold lifting arm that reduces changeover time to just 15 minutes.
With core components from Mitsubishi, Siemens/ABB, and Schneider, the T63 ensures reliable 24/7 operation with a designed service life exceeding 30 years for the main host. It accommodates various aluminum alloys (3003H24, 8011 H22) and thicknesses from 0.025mm to 0.2mm, making it versatile for different market requirements while maintaining a low defect rate of 1/1000.
