PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The LK-T80 production line is designed to meet the batch demand for aluminum foil containers in outdoor BBQ, picnic, and fast-food scenarios. It is a highly efficient and stable automated line focused on producing various aluminum foil boxes, trays, and compartment containers for holding grilled food and disposable meals.

The core of the line is an 80-ton H-frame punch press, offering robust construction suitable for long-term continuous operation. Equipped with 4-6 cavity molds and operating at 35-68 strokes per minute, it delivers a stable output of 9,000-12,000 pieces per hour. The integrated automatic counting function displays real-time production data, facilitating production management and cost calculation for you.

Ease of operation is another key feature. The machine uses a fully sealed lubrication system, ensuring a clean, oil-free environment that meets food packaging requirements. It includes a safety door with auto-stop protection for operator safety. Furthermore, our quick mold change system allows a single operator to complete a mold swap in about 15 minutes, enabling you to flexibly handle orders for different specifications.

We provide a complete solution from the main machine to molds, and can customize molds based on your samples, supporting logo embossing to help build your brand identity.
