PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The LK-T80 is a complete production line for aluminum foil containers, including decoiler, press, stacker, baler, and scrap suction unit. The entire line is designed to maximize output with minimal labor.

One Worker, One Machine
Only one operator is needed during normal operation. The press runs automatically — feeding, stroking, and counting. The stacker automatically stacks finished containers. The scrap suction unit removes trimming waste directly to the baler for compression. The worker focuses on monitoring the line and changing molds, not on handling scrap or stacking trays manually.

Automatic Stacking – Less Labor
The stacker works in sync with the press. Containers are stacked neatly as they come out. No dedicated person is needed to sort or stack by hand. This reduces labor cost and avoids deformation or contamination from manual handling.

Automatic Scrap Collection – Saves Space
The scrap suction unit pulls aluminum edge trim directly from the press into the baler. Scrap is compressed into blocks. No scattered waste on the workshop floor. No manual sweeping or搬运. Compressed blocks take up much less space for temporary storage or recycling.

Custom Molds & Products
With 15 years of experience, we know popular container styles in different markets. Molds can be customized based on customer samples or drawings — including shape, size, embossing, and removable logo blocks. Molds can also be used on other brand presses.

Basic Specifications
The LK-T80 uses an H-frame with 80-ton capacity. Standard 4 cavities (4–6 configurable). Speed: 35–68 strokes/min, average 50. Output: 9,000–12,000 containers/hour. Supports 24/7 continuous operation.

Operation & Safety
Enclosed lubrication keeps the workshop clean. Safety doors trigger an immediate stop when opened. Faults are displayed on the touchscreen, which stores up to 60 mold parameter sets. Mold change takes about 15 minutes by one person using the hydraulic pump and mold lifter arm.
