PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The LK-T80 press line is designed and developed specially for multi-cavity mould production, supporting 4 to 6 cavities per cycle. It is built for manufacturers who need higher output per stroke without compromising forming quality — a practical step up in capacity for growing production demands.

At the core of the 80-ton press line is a rigid "H" frame main body, engineered for better stability and a longer workbench service life. The robust frame structure keeps the machine steady under continuous multi-cavity operation, helping to maintain consistent part quality and extend equipment durability.

The enclosed oil lubrication system keeps the working environment cleaner and makes more economical use of lubricant — less oil waste, lower consumable cost, and smoother-running moving parts.

Tooling changes are faster and easier too: the platform is equipped with a mould lifter arm, allowing quick, convenient mould unloading and reducing changeover downtime between production runs.

Operator safety is ensured as standard: the line is fitted with safety doors, and the machine automatically stops if a safety door is opened during normal production — protecting operators while keeping the line dependable.
