PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The LK-T80 is a 4- to 6-cavity fully automatic production line, featuring an H-type high-strength frame structure with a closed lubrication system and safety door protection. The machine is equipped with automatic counting, fault alarm with touchscreen display, storage of 60 sets of mold parameters, and a quick mold change device. With high rigidity and deformation resistance, it is ideal for long-term high-speed stamping operations, making it the flagship model for large-scale aluminum foil container production.

The LK-T63 is a 3-cavity C-type structure suitable for small and medium scale. The LK-T80 is a 4-6 cavity H-type structure with a more stable frame and higher capacity. If budget allows, choose the T80.

What is the capacity? How many pieces per hour?
The LK-T80 can reach up to approximately 12,000 pieces per hour (actual capacity depends on mold cavities and product size).

What is the difference between H-type and C-type frames?
The H-type frame has stronger rigidity and better deformation resistance, suitable for long-term continuous high-speed production. The C-type structure is more compact, suitable for small and medium scale.
