PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The LK-T80 is an 80-tonne fully automatic press line developed for multi-cavity mould production, with the catalogue specifying a cavity range of 4 to 6. Its main body is an "H" frame, and the worktable is a solid casting set higher than on conventional presses, which gives the platform better stability and a longer working life under continuous load. Lubrication runs through a closed circuit, so production stays cleaner and less lubricant is consumed. Safety doors are fitted along the line and stop the machine automatically if one is opened during production. A mould lifter arm with a hydraulically adjusted worktable lets a single worker complete a mould change in about 15 minutes, and the control system handles automatic counting, fault alarms on the touch screen and storage for 60 sets of mould parameters. Connected load is 26 kW, machine weight is 14,500 kg, the line occupies roughly 7.5 × 7 × 3.8 m, and one operator runs it through a 24-hour cycle.
