LK-T80 Aluminum Foil Container Making Machine with H-Frame Press Line is a fully automatic aluminum foil container stamping production line, specially developed for multi-cavity mold mass production. The equipment features an 80-ton "H-frame" press (H-Frame Press Line) as its core host. Compared with traditional C-frame structures, the H-frame offers significant advantages in worktable stability and long-term precision retention, making it particularly suitable for high-speed, continuous stamping production of aluminum foil containers.

As an aluminum foil container making machine, the LK-T80 is compatible with both wrinkle and wrinkle-free container molds, supporting 4-6 cavities simultaneously. It operates at a working speed of 35-70 strokes/min, producing 9,000-12,000 finished pieces per hour. Both thin-gauge (from 0.025mm) and thick-gauge materials can be stably processed, truly achieving "one person, one machine" fully automatic high-efficiency production.

Centered around the H-Frame Press Line core structure, the entire machine has been systematically optimized for stability, safety, and maintenance convenience: solid worktable plate design (most on the market are hollow) ensures no deformation under long-term stamping; enclosed oil circulation lubrication system enables cleaner production and more economical oil consumption; equipped with safety doors as standard—the machine automatically stops when the door is opened during normal production, ensuring operator safety; the platform is equipped with a mold lifter arm and hydraulic pump adjustment device, allowing one person to complete quick mold changes in just 15 minutes.
