MACHINE INTRODUCTION
Positioning
The LK-T63 is a three cavity aluminum foil container forming machine with 63 ton press capacity and C frame structure. It is suitable for high volume continuous production of small to medium sized aluminum foil lunch boxes, baking trays, and takeaway containers.
Production Line Components
The complete automatic production line includes: decoiler, press machine, scrap aspirator, control cabinet, three cavity stacker, and scrap baler. The stacker operates independently, preventing secondary contamination and product deformation from manual handling. The baler compacts scrap aluminum into blocks, saving floor space. One baler can connect to 2 to 3 production lines.
Output
Working speed ranges from 35 to 68 strokes per minute, averaging 50 strokes. With three cavities, hourly output is 9,000 to 12,000 finished containers. One operator manages the entire line. The machine supports 24/7 continuous operation.
Mold
The machine has 60 sets of mold parameter storage. After mold change, operators recall saved settings with one touch. No re tuning required. The workbench is equipped with a hydraulic pump and mold lifter arm. One operator completes the mold change within 15 minutes. No wrenches needed. Molds can be customized according to customer samples or drawings and fit different press brands. Customization includes surface embossing, removable logo blocks, coated colors, and printing devices.

6. Manufacturing Capability
Seven CNC lathes in house for mold component machining. High machining accuracy ensures mold quality and consistency.
7. Core Component Brands
Electrical components from Mitsubishi (PLC, touch screen, inverter), Siemens ABB (main motor), and Schneider (low voltage components). Pneumatic components from SMC and Airtac.
8. Scrap Handling System
The baler compacts scrap aluminum into blocks, saving floor space. One baler can connect to 2 to 3 production lines.
