Fully Automatic Aluminum Foil Container Making Machine with Stacker and Decoiler

This fully automatic production line integrates a decoiler, a T63 press, and a 3-way stacker into a complete system engineered for high-efficiency manufacturing of small to medium-sized aluminum foil containers. Designed specifically for 3-cavity mold operations, the line features a rugged "C"-frame main structure and a lithium-based ester oil lubrication system to ensure stable performance under continuous production.

The complete press line comprises a decoiler, the T63 press, a scrap aspirator, a control cabinet, and a 3-way stacker—delivering seamless automation from coil feeding to finished product stacking. With a press capacity of 63 tons and an operating speed ranging from 35 to 70 strokes per minute, the machine is powered by a Siemens/ABB main motor and controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC, with Schneider low-voltage components ensuring reliable electrical performance. Servo-controlled foil feeding with electric level adjustment provides precision and flexibility, while the worktable-mounted mold lifter arm facilitates quick and convenient die changeover.

We own a 2,500 square meters standardized production workshop, equipped with 7 sets of high-precision CNC lathes with sophisticated hardware and high processing accuracy.
