LIKEE maintains a complete precision machining workshop equipped with 12 wire cutting machines, 7 CNC machining centers, and 1 high-precision grinder. Annual production capacity: 150 sets of professional molds and 100 fully automatic production lines.

LIKEE Fully Automatic Production Line
The complete line integrates five core units: feeding, pressing, stacking, scrap recovery, and baling. PLC-based automatic control with one operator per machine – the operator only handles coil loading and finished product collection.
Quick mold change within 15 minutes, equipped with standard hydraulic pump and mold lifting arm, manageable by a single person.
Key components: Mitsubishi PLC, Siemens motor, Schneider electric components, SMC/Airtac pneumatic components – all globally available standard brands for easy spare parts sourcing.
