Product Description
The LK-T130 press line is built for manufacturers who need to produce aluminum foil containers at scale. Its robust build quality, high-pressure pneumatic system and accurate foil feeding mechanism make it an efficient, reliable machine that helps streamline your production processes.
The main body of the press line is an "H" frame rated at 130 tons of impact force. Lubrication is mainly a closed (enclosed) system, which keeps the production area cleaner and uses lubricant more economically.
A mold lifter arm is mounted on the platform, so molds can be lifted and unloaded quickly and conveniently between production runs.
Safety doors protect the operators: if a door is opened by hand during normal production, the machine stops automatically.

What types of aluminum foil container machines do you produce?
We mainly produce T63, T80 and T130. Different types meet the needs of customers in different markets.

What exactly does the LK-T130 do?
The LK-T130 is a 130-ton automatic press line for producing shallow pan aluminum foil containers on a 3-cavity mold. Its "H"-frame body, servo-controlled foil feeder and 35–70 strokes/min working speed form up to three shallow pans per stroke on a 1,500 × 1,000 mm workplate that accepts foil up to 1,450 mm wide. A Mitsubishi PLC with touch-screen fault display, a Siemens/ABB main motor and Schneider low-voltage components hold the stroke consistent, while the closed lubrication system, safety doors with automatic stop, automatic counting and 60-set mold parameter storage keep the line clean and fast to change over.

How fast is it?
Working speed is 35–70 strokes per minute. With a 3-cavity mold, each stroke forms three containers. Actual output per hour is not a single fixed figure — it depends on the foil thickness and alloy, the container profile, the mold design, and how fast scrap removal and stacking keep up with the press. Give us your container specification and target output and we will calculate the figure for your product rather than quote a generic number.

Installed power is 30 kW. The control cabinet is configured for the supply voltage and frequency of the destination plant, so confirm your plant's voltage and frequency at the ordering stage.
