T130 Aluminum foil Container Making Machine
Product Description
The LK-T130 is built on a 130-ton H-frame press and is designed for high-volume aluminium foil container production. The complete line consists of the Feeder, Press, Stacker and Scrap System, which run in a continuous cycle.
Pneumatic and electrical functions are controlled as one coordinated system, so every unit stays in step with the others. The Stacker has its own control cabinet and can be set up and run independently, while the press control cabinet is a separate floor-standing unit, which keeps maintenance and heat dissipation away from the machine body. Mitsubishi PLC, Schneider low-voltage components and SMC/Airtac pneumatic parts keep performance stable in daily operation.
A safety door interlock stops the line automatically if the door is opened during production, and the enclosed lubrication system keeps the working area clean while reducing oil consumption. The hydraulic mold lifting device allows one operator to complete a mold change within 15 minutes.
