The LK-T130 aluminum foil container production line is designed for high-volume manufacturing, converting aluminum foil rolls into finished containers through a continuous, fully automatic process. Its servo-driven feeding system ensures precise, consistent foil delivery to minimize material waste, while the enclosed lubrication system helps keep the workshop clean and reduce oil consumption. The quick mold change device simplifies mold replacement, reducing changeover time between different container specifications. Automatic counting, touchscreen fault monitoring, and safety door protection ensure convenient operation, reliable production, and enhanced operator safety.

The LK-T130 is a 130-ton aluminum foil container production line designed for high-volume manufacturing. It is suitable for new investors setting up a production facility and established manufacturers looking to expand capacity. For smaller production requirements, the LK-T63 and LK-T80 offer alternative press capacities.

What is included in the complete production line?
The standard production line includes a decoiler, press machine with mold lifter arm, stacker, scrap aspirator system, independent control cabinet and scrap baler.

What is the production capacity of the LK-T130?
The operating speed ranges from 35 to 70 strokes per minute, with an average of approximately 50 strokes per minute. Depending on the mold cavity configuration and production conditions, output is approximately 9,000–12,000 containers per hour.

How long does mold changing take?
The hydraulic quick mold-change system allows one operator to replace a complete mold set in approximately 15 minutes, helping reduce downtime between production runs. The control system can store parameters for up to 60 mold sets, making it easier to recall settings for repeat orders.

What safety features are included?
The machine is equipped with safety doors and an automatic stop function that stops operation when a safety door is opened. The touchscreen control system also displays fault information and alarms to help operators identify issues and respond promptly.
