T130 Aluminum foil Container Making Machine
Product Description
The LK-T130 pairs a 130-ton H-frame press with a Mitsubishi PLC and touchscreen control system for efficient, reliable aluminium foil container production. Feeder, press, stacker and scrap system run in a coordinated cycle, and the system stores parameters for up to 60 molds and shows fault details directly on the touchscreen.
The stacker runs on its own control cabinet and can be set up and operated independently, while the press control cabinet stands separately on the floor for easier maintenance. An enclosed lubrication system keeps oil in a closed circuit, and the hydraulically adjustable worktable lets one operator complete a mold change within 15 minutes. Safety door interlocks stop the machine automatically whenever a door is opened during production.
