T130 Aluminum foil Container Making Machine
Product Description
The LK-T130 is a 130-ton press line for companies that plan to produce aluminum foil food containers on a large scale. The press body uses an H-frame structure, so the worktable stays stable under continuous stamping and the machine has a long service life. The line runs both wrinkle-wall and smooth-wall moulds, which means it can make takeaway boxes as well as food packaging containers. The worktable comes with a mold lifter arm, which makes loading and unloading moulds quick and easy. The lubrication system is fully enclosed — cleaner to run and economical on oil. The machine also counts pieces automatically and shows fault causes on the touch screen, so daily production is easy to manage and output stays stable.

What types of aluminum foil container machines do you produce?
It runs both wrinkle-wall and smooth-wall moulds, so one line covers takeaway meal boxes, food trays and other common foil containers. The worktable is the largest of our three press lines, which makes it a good fit for bigger containers and multi-cavity mould layouts.

What products is the LK-T130 suitable for?
The LK-T130 is our 130-ton press line, designed for large-scale production. If you are starting a foil container plant or expanding an existing line for higher volume, this is the model we recommend; for smaller starting capacity, the LK-T63 and LK-T80 cover the same product range at a lower press rating.

What is the difference from LK-T80?
The LK-T130 is a 130-ton heavy-duty configuration, larger than the LK-T80's 80-ton capacity. It is suitable for heavy multi-cavity molds and larger specification products, with higher capacity.

What is the working speed of the machine?
Working speed ranges from 35 to 70 strokes per minute, averaging about 50. Depending on your mould cavities, that comes to roughly 9,000–12,000 pieces per hour.
