What does this machine do?

The LK-T80 is an aluminum foil container forming machine. It is designed for multi-cavity moulds and can produce irregular shaped containers – oval, rectangular, and custom designs.

Why focus on irregular shapes?

The food takeaway market demands more variety in container shapes. Round is standard, but many buyers now request oval lunch boxes, rectangular baking pans, and irregular containers with dividers. Standard machines often struggle with material wrinkling or unstable forming on these shapes. The LK-T80 multi cavity design with H-frame structure solves this problem.

What does multi cavity mean?

Standard configuration has 4 cavities, producing 4 finished containers per stroke. Working speed averages 50 strokes per minute, with hourly output of 9,000 to 12,000 containers. One operator manages the entire machine.

What about the lubrication system?

Fully enclosed oil system with no leakage. No lithium grease needed. The production floor stays cleaner, and oil consumption is reduced. 

Custom moulds?

Yes. Customers can send samples or provide drawings. Moulds are made to order. Features include surface embossing, removable logo blocks, and coated color finishes. Removable logo blocks allow future logo changes without a new mould.

Packaging and shipping?

Wooden case packaging. One production line with four moulds fits exactly into one 40-foot high cube container.
