PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The LK-T80 is a complete fully automatic production line for aluminum foil containers. It includes a decoiler, H-frame press, stacker, floor-mounted control cabinet, scrap suction unit, and baler. The entire line is designed for one-person operation, with automation from material feeding to finished product stacking.

What "fully automatic" means in practice

The decoiler head uses motorized adjustment for feeding precision, reducing material misalignment and waste. The press has an H-frame structure, which provides better workbench stability than C-frame designs — suitable for continuous production with multi-cavity molds. After stamping, containers move automatically to the stacker, which stacks them to a preset count without manual collection. Scrap material is pulled by the suction unit into the baler, compressed into blocks, and discharged. This keeps the production area clean and makes scrap storage more efficient.

Thin and thick material compatibility

The machine handles material thickness from 0.025mm to 0.15mm. Thin foil runs without feeding issues or forming defects. Thick foil runs with sufficient press force to ensure product strength.
