PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The LK-T80 is a pressing machine engineered specifically for food grade aluminum foil containers and pots. Unlike standard motors, this machine is equipped with a high efficiency industrial motor, offering lower temperature rise and more stable power output during extended continuous operation. For production runs exceeding 8 hours per day, motor stability directly affects equipment downtime and maintenance costs.

The frame adopts an H-type structure with a stamping capacity of 80 tons. The H-type frame provides strong resistance to deformation, maintaining workbench flatness over years of use and preserving mould alignment accuracy.

The lubrication system is enclosed. Compared to open lubrication systems that commonly leak oil and cause floor contamination, the enclosed system prevents oil spillage, reduces workshop cleaning frequency, and lowers lubricant consumption.
