PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The LK-T80 is a multi-cavity forming line for aluminum foil containers, compatible with 3003, 8011, and 3004 alloys.

Structural Stability
The H-frame combined with a solid bench minimizes deflection under load. Unlike hollow benches, the solid design maintains flatness during high-speed operation, especially when alternating between thin and thick foil. The optimized workbench height ensures uniform mold loading.

Material Versatility
Compatible with thin and thick foil.

Production Efficiency
Standard 4-cavity configuration, operating at 35–68 strokes/min. Average output is 9,000–12,000 containers per hour. The line supports 24/7 continuous operation with one operator.

Operation & Maintenance
Safety doors trigger an immediate stop when opened. The enclosed lubrication system reduces oil consumption and keeps the workspace clean. Mold change takes approximately 15 minutes by one person using the hydraulic pump and mold lifter arm. Faults are displayed on the touchscreen, which also stores up to 60 mold parameter sets.

Designed service life exceeds 10 years, with main structure lasting over 30 years.
