The LK-T80 is a high-performance press line engineered specifically for multi-cavity aluminum foil food container production. Designed with an “H” frame structure, it delivers superior stability, extended service life, and cleaner operation thanks to its enclosed oil lubrication system. Ideal for manufacturers targeting the BBQ and outdoor food packaging market, this machine combines speed, precision, and safety in a compact, operator-friendly design.
Built for real-world factory conditions, the LK-T80 supports 4–6 cavity molds, runs at 35–68 strokes per minute (avg. 50), and produces 9,000–12,000 pieces per hour. One operator can manage the entire line. Safety doors trigger automatic shutdowns, and fault alerts appear directly on the multilingual touchscreen. With quick mold change capability (15 minutes by one person) and storage for 60 mold parameter sets, downtime is minimized and flexibility maximized.
