We have a lot of different orders and need to change molds frequently. How long does it take to change a mold? How many people are needed?

The T80 comes with a hydraulic pump and a mold lifter arm, so you don't need to use wrenches to pry it out. One operator can complete the mold change in about 15 minutes. It won't take up too much of your production time.

Does the machine leak oil? The equipment we're currently using leaks badly, making the workshop floor slippery, and our workers are complaining.

The T80 uses a fully enclosed lubrication system, not an open splash lubrication system. Under normal use, it basically doesn't leak oil. The workshop floor stays dry, and it uses less lubricant than open systems.

We might produce both thin and thick foil containers in the future. Can this machine handle both?

Yes, it can. The T80 has a wide adaptability for material thickness, handling from 0.025mm to 0.2mm. It runs stably for thin materials and has enough pressure for thick ones. One machine can cover a variety of products.
