PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The LK-T80 automatic press line is specifically designed for multi-cavity mould production. Standard configuration accommodates 4 to 6 cavities, suitable for high-volume continuous production of aluminum foil containers.

Production Line Components

The complete automatic production line consists of the following units: decoiler, press machine, scrap aspirator, scrap baler, and stacker. All units work in coordination to achieve fully automatic production from aluminum foil coil to finished containers.

Mold Change Device

The workbench is equipped with a mold lifter arm. Used together with a hydraulic pump, the mold change process requires no wrenches, making operation convenient and efficient.

Electrical Control

The press machine has an independent control cabinet with a 10-inch touch screen for operation. The stacker also has its own independent control cabinet, allowing separate parameter settings and adjustments. The PLC program logic of the entire line is optimized to coordinate all units, ensuring production efficiency and control reliability.
