LK-T80 Aluminum Foil Disposable Airline Food Tray Container Making Machine

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The LK-T80 is a fully automatic aluminum foil container forming machine designed for airline food trays and multi-cavity mould production. The machine is built for 4 to 6 cavity moulds, producing 4 to 6 airline trays per stroke — suitable for airline catering companies and packaging suppliers with volume production needs.

The main body uses an H-frame structure with a stamping capacity of 80 tons. The H-frame provides better stability and a longer service life for the workbench. The machine runs fully automatically with one operator per machine.

The lubrication system is mainly enclosed type — cleaner workshop and lower oil consumption. A mould lifter arm is installed on the platform, allowing one person to change moulds quickly. During normal production, if the safety door is manually opened, the machine stops automatically to protect the operator.
