Production Line Overview

The LK-T80 automatic press line is specifically designed for multi-cavity mould production, with standard configuration supporting 4 to 6 cavities, suitable for high-volume continuous production of aluminum foil containers. The complete production line consists of a decoiler, press machine, scrap aspirator, scrap baler, and stacker. All units work together to achieve fully automatic production from aluminum foil coil to finished containers.

Custom Mold Solutions

We provide complete mold customization services. Molds can be made according to customer samples or drawings, including standard container molds and high-end wrinkle-free container molds. Irregular shape molds are also available. Molds are compatible with presses from different brands. Customization options include surface embossing, removable logo blocks, coated colors, and printing device integration. The mold design is matched with the hydraulic pump and mold lifter arm, allowing tool-free mold change for convenient and efficient operation.
