TheThe LK-T130 press line is engineered for manufacturers producing aluminium foil containers on a large scale. With its robust build quality, high air pressure, and accurate foil feeding mechanism, the machine delivers efficient, dependable performance that helps streamline your production — steady output, fewer interruptions, and consistent container quality run after run.

At the core of the 130-ton press line is a rigid "H" frame main body, built to handle high-impact, heavy continuous loading while maintaining stability. The sturdy frame keeps the machine steady under demanding production schedules, supporting a longer workbench service life.

The enclosed oil lubrication system keeps the working environment cleaner and makes more economical use of lubricant — less oil waste, lower consumable cost, and smoother-running moving parts.

Tooling changes are fast and convenient: the platform is equipped with a mould lifter arm that makes mould unloading quick and easy, reducing changeover downtime between production runs.

Operator safety is ensured as standard: the line is fitted with safety doors, and the machine automatically stops if a safety door is opened during normal production — protecting operators while keeping the line dependable.

How is the foil fed?

Foil feeding is electronically controlled with a servo motor, giving an accurate feeding mechanism. Feeder level is electrically adjustable, and the feeder height from the workplate can be set from 150 mm to 300 mm.
