Product Description
The LK-T130 is a high-performance H-frame aluminum foil container making machine designed for large-scale production of round pans and half-size shallow pans. Built on a 130-ton press capacity H-frame structure, this press line delivers robust stamping power with exceptional stability. It features servo motor-controlled foil feeding, a Mitsubishi PLC control system, Siemens/ABB main motor, and Schneider low-voltage electrical components – ensuring precision, reliability, and long service life. With a working speed of 35-70 strokes per minute and support for custom-made molds of different sizes and cavity numbers (single to multi-cavity), the LK-T130 offers the flexibility to meet diverse production requirements while maximizing output efficiency.

Do you make molds?
We complete the entire set of mold production from design to manufacturing. We can customize ordinary container molds and high-end wrinkle-free container molds according to customer samples.

Can you customize molds? What's the difference between different cavity counts?
Yes, we offer full mold customization services. Based on your sample requirements, we can manufacture molds with:
Wall types: Ordinary wrinkle wall or smooth wall
Edge rolling styles: Full edge rolling, folded edge rolling, or reverse edge rolling
Cavity options: From single-cavity to multi-cavity
Multi-cavity molds produce multiple containers per stroke, significantly increasing output for high-volume production.

How long does mold change take? Is it complicated?
The LK-T130 is equipped with a quick mold change device and a platform-mounted mold lifter arm, making mold loading and unloading fast and convenient. A complete mold change typically takes 15 minutes with minimal manual effort.

What happens if a fault occurs during production? Can operators handle it themselves?
The LK-T130 features an intelligent fault diagnosis system that automatically detects issues and displays specific fault information on the Mitsubishi PLC touchscreen interface. This eliminates guesswork – operators can quickly identify the problem and take corrective action. For more complex issues, our technical support team is available for remote or on-site assistance.

Do you only sell machines?
No. We also supply consumables and packaging materials including aluminum foil coils, stamping oil, tape, and cartons for finished products. Everything you need to start production from one supplier.
