Engineered for precision and operator safety, the LK-C500 aluminum foil small roll cartoning machine utilizes an advanced PLC programmable control system, servo/motor controllers, and an intuitive touchscreen HMI, providing rapid responsiveness and high automation. For production lines handling diverse roll specifications, tooling and template changeovers are achieved through direct mechanical adjustment without complex disassembly. In addition, the machine incorporates an automatic in-box positioning mechanism for products smaller than the carton size, along with a main drive motor overload protection system. A hinged safety protective enclosure is also available upon request to ensure reliable and compliant factory operation.
