The LK-C500 is an automatic cartoning machine for household aluminum foil small rolls. Installed after the rewinding process, it loads rewound and cut foil rolls into paper cartons and seals them, working as the end-of-line packaging machine on a household foil roll production line.

The machine integrates automatic roll feeding, carton erecting, roll loading, glue spraying, carton sealing and waste rejection stations, and is built around a servo/motor control system with a touch screen and PLC programmable control. The layout is compact and straightforward to operate and configure.

It handles the white cardboard cartons commonly used for household foil rolls and runs at 30–60 cartons per minute. Connected inline with our semi-automatic or fully automatic rewinding machines, it forms a continuous line from rewinding to boxed rolls, and day-to-day operation mainly comes down to supervision and material replenishment.

What sets it apart from conventional cartoning practice: a photoelectric detection and tracking system keeps empty cartons from leaving the machine and saves packaging material; rolls smaller than the carton body are positioned automatically at the infeed, with overload protection on the main drive motor; carton changeovers require only adjustment of tooling and templates; and a flip-top safety guard is available on request.
