The LK-C500 is an automatic box cartoning machine engineered for small household aluminum foil rolls. It takes over the entire packing process after rewinding — automatic roll feeding, box opening, roll loading, glue spraying, box sealing, and waste rejection — delivering retail-ready boxed rolls directly off the line. Operating at 30 to 60 boxes per minute, it accommodates carton lengths from 200 to 460 mm, covering standard retail formats for aluminum foil rolls, baking paper, and cling film. A single operator manages material feeding, carton loading, and touchscreen monitoring, which reduces labor considerably compared with manual packing.

What does an aluminum foil small roll packing machine do?
It is the packing step after small rolls come off the rewinding machine. The machine opens each carton, loads one foil roll inside, seals the box and discharges it. Rolls arrive ready-packed for the retail box, with no manual folding, gluing or sealing work in between.

Besides aluminum foil rolls, what other products can this machine pack?
The same machine packs baking paper rolls, cling film rolls and other small roll products with a similar shape, as long as the carton stays within the supported box size range. This makes one machine useful for factories that run several roll products on one line.

Working speed is 30 to 60 boxes per minute. The exact figure depends on the carton size and roll format, and the speed is adjustable on the touchscreen to match the output of the rewinding machine in front of it.
