product introduction
The LK-C500 aluminum foil small roll cartoning machine performs automatic feeding, carton opening/erecting, roll loading, glue spraying, box sealing and reject handling. Operating at 30–60 boxes/min, the machine is built for continuous aluminum foil roll cartoning lines where carton size, glue application and station timing must stay synchronized under PLC control.
The control system uses a PLC with touch screen HMI. Speed, production count, fault indication and changeover parameters are managed through the interface. Photoelectric detection and tracking monitor the cartoning process; empty or missed-load cases are rejected before glue application to reduce waste. Main drive motor overload protection and automatic product positioning are provided as standard machine functions.
