The LK-C500 is a high-speed automatic cartoning machine engineered specifically for small aluminum foil rolls, delivering stable operation at 30–60 boxes per minute with intelligent control and precision rejection at its core.
This fully integrated system combines automatic feeding, carton erecting, product insertion, glue spraying, carton sealing, and reject ejection into one seamless production line. The PLC-based control system with HMI touchscreen provides intuitive parameter adjustment and real-time monitoring, significantly reducing operator intervention. An integrated photoelectric inspection and reject system automatically detects empty or misloaded cartons and ejects them before sealing — eliminating waste of cartons and adhesive while protecting downstream equipment.
