product introduction
The LK-C500 is an automatic packing machine for aluminum foil small rolls. Six steps run on one machine in sequence: automatic feeding, carton opening, carton loading, glue spraying, box sealing, and waste removal. Rolls are fed in at one end and sealed cartons come out at the other, with no manual transfer between steps. Photoelectric detection and tracking checks for empty packages during the process. When an empty carton is detected, it is removed as waste instead of being sealed, so packaging material is not spent on empty boxes. The whole process is controlled by a PLC. Output is 30–60 boxes per minute.
