Automatic Aluminum Foil 3-Cavity Container Making Machine C-Frame Quick Mold Change LK-T63

The LK-T63 is an automatic aluminum foil container production line built around a 63-ton C-frame press. For suitable small and medium container designs, the line can be configured with a 3-cavity mold. Its servo-controlled feeding system, mold handling equipment and stored production recipes help simplify daily operation and reduce repeated setup work.

With a 3-cavity mold, the line typically produces 9,000–12,000 containers per hour under suitable production conditions. Actual output depends on the container dimensions, foil specification, mold design and selected operating speed.

The mold handling system combines a mold lifter arm with hydraulic assistance. One trained operator can complete a mold change in approximately 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. The control system can store up to 60 parameter recipes, helping operators restore the corresponding settings after changing molds. Final inspection and trial runs are required before normal production.
