At the heart of the control system is a Mitsubishi PLC, together with a user‑friendly touchscreen interface, enabling precise parameter management, automatic fault diagnosis with on‑screen alarms, and storage for up to 60 mold settings. The press delivers 63 tons of stamping capacity at working speeds from 35 to 70 strokes per minute, supported by a Siemens/ABB main motor and Schneider low‑voltage components for superior reliability. The servo‑driven foil feeding system ensures accurate material delivery for stable and efficient production.
