The LK-C500 is a horizontal cartoning machine built for aluminum foil small rolls. It completes six steps on one frame: roll feeding, carton erecting, product insertion, hot-melt glue spraying, flap sealing, and rejection of faulty packs. Output is 30–60 cartons per minute.

Operation runs on a PLC with a touch screen HMI. Speed, glue timing and reject settings are entered on screen, so daily adjustment does not require reprogramming. A photoelectric sensor checks every carton before the glue station — if no roll is inside, glue is skipped and the carton is pushed out as reject.

The carton range is (200–460) × (30–60) × (30–60) mm, which covers most household foil, cling film and baking paper roll sizes. The infeed can be coupled directly with an aluminum foil rewinder, so the line runs from jumbo roll to sealed carton without manual transfer.

Automatic roll feeding

Carton erecting

Flat blanks are picked from the magazine, opened, and held square before loading.

Product insertion

A pusher inserts the roll into the open carton. When the roll is shorter than the carton, automatic centering holds it in position.

Empty-carton detection and waste rejection

Photoelectric tracking identifies cartons with no roll or incorrect positioning; these are rejected before sealing and discharged to a separate chute.
