The LK-C500 is a horizontal cartoning machine built for one complete job: taking aluminum foil small rolls from the upstream rewinder and delivering them as sealed cartons at the discharge end. Every step between — feeding, carton erecting, loading, glue spraying, and sealing — runs on a single 4100 mm frame under PLC control. No separate machines. No manual handoff between stations.

How It Works

Auto Feed​ — Aluminum foil small rolls are transferred from the upstream rewinder or conveyor into the machine's feeding channel automatically.

Carton Erecting​ — Flat cartons are picked from the magazine, opened to shape, and held in the loading position.

Loading​ — Rolls are pushed into the open carton. When the roll length is shorter than the carton, the machine centers it before closing.

Glue Spraying​ — Hot-melt adhesive is applied at the flap position. Spray timing and volume are set on the touch-screen HMI.

Box Sealing​ — Both carton ends are folded and pressed to lock the shape.

Reject​ — Photoelectric sensors check every carton after loading. Missing rolls or misaligned cartons are rejected before glue is applied. No empty box reaches the sealing station.

From the moment a roll enters the machine to the moment a sealed carton exits, the entire loop is closed on one piece of equipment. One operator. One footprint. One control system.
