The LK-C500 packs aluminum foil rolls into cartons at 30–60 boxes per minute. Feeding, carton erecting, loading, glue spraying, sealing and reject all run on one frame, controlled from a single touch screen.

Machine settings are entered on the HMI rather than written into a program. Speed, glue quantity and glue timing are adjusted on screen, and the same settings can be saved for repeat carton sizes — changing between two SKUs does not require reprogramming. Output counting and fault messages are displayed on the same screen, so the operator sees where a stop occurred without opening the electrical cabinet.

Photoelectric sensors check each carton after loading and before the glue station. If a roll is missing or the carton is not in position, glue spraying is skipped and the carton is pushed to the reject chute. Empty cartons therefore never consume glue and never leave the machine sealed.
