The LK-C500 is a horizontal cartoning machine built specifically for aluminum foil small rolls. Six process steps run on a single frame: automatic feeding, carton erecting, product loading, glue spraying, box sealing, and reject. Operating noise is rated below 80 dB, which sits under the 90 dB threshold that most plants work to — no extra sound enclosure needed on the shop floor.

How It Works

Aluminum foil small rolls are fed into the loading station automatically → flat cartons are picked from the magazine, opened and positioned → rolls are pushed into the open carton → hot-melt adhesive is sprayed at the flap → both ends are pressed and sealed. If the photoelectric sensor detects a missing roll or an empty carton after loading, glue is skipped and the carton is pushed to a separate reject chute before the sealing step. Changeover between carton sizes is done by adjusting fixtures and templates — no main machine replacement required.
