This multi-function unit integrates a complete packaging workflow — automatic feeding, box erecting, product loading, adhesive spraying, carton sealing, and rejected waste discharge — into a streamlined system.
Powered by a programmable logic controller (PLC) and a high-sensitivity touch screen interface, the machine delivers precise braking control and an intuitive operator experience. A built-in photoelectric detection and tracking system actively identifies empty packages and prevents them from reaching the carton sealing stage, maximizing the utilization of packaging materials.
