1. Turnkey delivery as one line

Feeding, pressing, mould change, safety, scrap handling, control and stacking are supplied and commissioned together by one manufacturer. The buyer prepares only the floor space, power and air. This removes interface coordination and responsibility gaps between multiple suppliers, and keeps the installation and commissioning schedule predictable.

2. Foil decoiler with servo feeding

Feeding is controlled by a servo motor, so feed length and cycle stay stable and the foil is less likely to drift over long runs. Feed height is electrically adjustable, so changing a coil or repositioning the feed point needs no extra tooling; when coil width or foil thickness changes, adjusting the settings is enough.

3. Scrap aspirator for in-line trim handling

Trim produced by the press is drawn away in line and collected centrally. It does not pile up around the mould, the operating side stays clear, and less manual cleaning is needed. The collected trim can be fed to a scrap baler for baling, which makes storage and recycling easier.

4. Auto stacker with automatic counting

Finished containers are counted and piled in order automatically. The operator only removes and replaces each stack instead of handling containers one by one. The stacker is supplied per press line, can be powered and used on its own, and works with one machine at a time.

5. 130-ton capacity on an H-type frame

The pressing capacity is 130 tons with an "H" type frame. The rigid frame and large worktable suit moulds with a bigger footprint and more cavities, forming consistency stays stable over long continuous runs, and the worktable lasts longer.
