Aluminum Foil Container Making Machine 130 Ton – Runs 0.025mm Thin Foil & Wrinkle-Free Trays on One Line

1. One line covering thin foil through to thick foil

The same 130-ton press line covers a foil thickness range of 0.025 mm to 0.2 mm, and both thin foil and thick foil products run on the same machine. Switching products is a matter of recalling the matching parameter set for the mould.

2. Stable forming on 0.025 mm thin foil

Feeding is servo controlled, so feed length and tension vary little, and combined with the low deflection of the H-type frame the thin foil is less likely to wrinkle, drift or tear during continuous pressing.

3. Ample headroom for thick foil

With a 130-ton pressing capacity and a 240 mm stroke, there is enough headroom for thick foil and larger products. Pressure and stroke are set for the product and the mould, and thin and thick foil switch over on the same line through parameters.

4. H-type frame with a solid worktable

Thin foil is sensitive to tiny deflections in the table, while thick foil puts more demand on table rigidity. The body uses an "H" type frame with a solid worktable, so deflection during pressing is small and forming consistency holds at either thickness, with a longer worktable service life.

5. Closed lubrication, so the foil stays free of oil

The lubricant circulates inside the machine and is not sprayed onto the foil or mould. The thin foil surface carries no oil, so feeding is not thrown off by an oil film; there is less oil mist and less oil consumption, and the containers come off the line cleaner.
