MACHINE INTRODUCTION

The LK-T63 is a 63-ton aluminum foil container making machine built on a "C" frame press and engineered for 3-cavity production. The C frame brings the compact footprint and rigidity that multi-cavity tooling needs, so three containers are formed on every stroke and each one comes off the line to the same dimensions. At 35–70 strokes per minute, output is set to the job in hand — slower for thicker foil and deeper profiles, faster for standard containers. It is our recommendation for small and medium size aluminum foil containers: a right-sized press for plants that want 3-cavity output without the footprint of a larger line.

Product Advantage

Robust punch structure — Solid one-piece workplate construction delivers greater rigidity and better vibration damping than a hollow assembly. The raised workbench height keeps the press stable when stamping at the top of the speed range.

Wide material compatibility — Handles both thin- and thick-gauge aluminum foil with consistent results, and is specifically optimized for thin-gauge production: stable feeding and precise forming, with no tearing on light gauges.

Rapid mould changeover — An integrated hydraulic assist system lets a single operator complete a full mould changeover in about 15 minutes, cutting downtime between production runs.

Integrated safety guarding — Safety gate guards are fitted as standard to protect the operator and to support compliance with international machinery safety standards.

High-speed output — Stamping speed is adjustable from 35 to 70 strokes per minute. With a 3-cavity mould that is a theoretical 9000–12,000 containers per hour; the rate actually achieved depends on foil gauge, container profile and how quickly the line clears finished containers.

We mainly produce T63, T80 and T130. Different types meet the needs of customers in different markets.

What is the working speed of the machine?

Working speed: 35-68strokes/min, average speed: 50 strokes/min. It can produce 9,000-12,000pcs/ hour.

What is the LK-T63 designed to produce?

Small and medium size aluminum foil containers on a 3-cavity mould — the configuration this press was purpose-built for. It runs both wrinkle wall and smooth wall container moulds.

Do you make molds?

We complete the entire set of mold production from design to manufacturing. We can customize ordinary container molds and high-end smooth container molds according to customer samples.

What aluminum foil can it process?

Both thin- and thick-gauge foil, and it is specifically optimized for thin-gauge production: stable feeding and precise forming, without tearing on light gauges.

How long does a mould change take?

Around 15 minutes for a single operator, using the integrated hydraulic assist system. Parameters for stored moulds are recalled from the touch screen, so a repeat job starts faster than a first-time setup.
